What brands do you print on?
All Carolina Classics t-shirts are printed on Next Level Apparel and are 100% manufactured and printed in the USA.
How do I know what size shirt to order?
Our shirts are a more “athletic” fit, meaning they fit a little slimmer and snug in the chest and arms.
How should I care for my shirts? Will they shrink?
The best way to care for your shirts is to turn them inside out and machine or hand wash them on cold. Since all of the shirts have some percentage of cotton in them, they will tend to shrink a little after being washed and dried. Hang to dry for the least amount of shrinkage.
Do you print your own shirts?
No, we use a professional screen printing company to make sure printing is consistent and of the best quality.
Will you notify me when you release a new design or restock a current design?
Sure. You can sign up for our Carolina Classics newsletter, follow us on twitter, like us on facebook, and read our blog. You won’t miss a single release!
Do you accept designs from third parties?
We currently do not accept designs from outside sources, but we will certainly entertain ideas for future shirts. If you have an idea, send us an e-mail at info@thecarolinaclassics.com
SHIPPING
How long does it take for shirts to arrive?
Orders ship on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Generally your order will arrive in 3-5 business days.
What shipping method do you use?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
How much does shipping cost?
It depends on the size of your order. Orders of one shirt will ship for $6.00. The best way to figure out shipping is to add items to your cart and hit “check out”. Shipping for your order will be calculated at this point.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently are only set up to take orders through the website from inside the USA. If you would like to order product and have them shipped overseas, please send us an e-mail, info@thecarolinaclassics.com and we will see what we can do.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can also pay with your PayPal account.
How secure is this store?
Since we are using PayPal, our payment processor is 100% secure. You should not have any problem with purchasing through our website.
Do you sell Gift Certificates?
Not at the moment. We will be adding this function very soon!
Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?

What is your return policy?
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Unworn shirts can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery. Please include a copy of your packing slip included in the original package. We cannot issue refunds at this time, only product exchanges.
